Urethane For Grain Handling & Aggregate Handling

Uniflex Blue Urethane Sheets are specifically tailored for grain handling and aggregate handling operations. In addition, all of our standard polyurethane sheet liners are FDA approved for contact with bulk dry food contact per FDA 21CFR177.1680. The standard sheet color is blue and durometer is 85A, which is the industry standard for abrasive wear applications. Standard sizes are 4′ x 8′ and 4′ x 10′ urethane sheets. All sheets come in plain back, fabric back, or expanded metal back options.

Manufacturing lead time is typically 2-3 weeks for plain back and 4-6 weeks for expanded metal back and fabric back urethane sheets.
