Description
Urethane For Grain Handling & Aggregate Handling
Polyurethane has become one of the most trusted options for lining equipment in both the grain handling and aggregate handling industries. Furthermore, urethane sheeting has been extensively used for wear applications in both the agriculture and mining industries to prevent wear on expensive metal components. All of our urethane liners for grain facilities can be used for lining bucket elevators, hoppers, chutes, grain bins, grain conveyors, grain legs, grain valves, grain gates, millwright transitions and connections, etc. Moreover, our urethane liners for mining can be used for tanks, bins, truck beds, chutes, hoppers, launders, etc.
Urethane Blue Sheets
Uniflex Urethane Blue Sheets are specifically tailored for grain handling and aggregate handling operations. In addition, all of our standard polyurethane sheet liners are FDA approved for contact with bulk dry food contact per FDA 21CFR177.1680. The standard sheet color is blue and durometer is 85A, which is the industry standard for abrasive wear applications. Standard sizes are 4′ x 8′ and 4′ x 10′ urethane sheets. All sheets come in plain back, fabric back, or expanded metal back options.
Manufacturing lead time is typically 2-3 weeks for plain back and 4-6 weeks for expanded metal back and fabric back urethane sheets.
*Expanded metal back and fabric back urethane sheet will have some warpage.
