Polyurethane tube and pipe stock are manufactured with the same adherence to quality as all of our other polyurethane product lines. Products can be manufactured in an infinite number of sizes allowing you to choose the I.D., O.D., and length that fit your specific requirements. Urethane tube can also be ordered in standard sizes that save the customer on tooling costs.

Versatility

Cast polyurethane tube is very versatile due to urethanes liquid starting state. This allows them to take the form of almost any mold cavity. Cast urethane plastics are known as thermoset polymers and are manufactured in accordance with any dimensions, hardness, color, and physical properties. This allows the customer to custom mold to their ID/OD with choice of durometer hardness and color.

Resistance to Wear

When compared to rubber tube, urethane has much better resistance to all forms of wear and tear. This includes sliding abrasion resistance, impact resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance. Because of this, urethane is often employed in aggregate handling, grain handling, chemical handling, as well as die cutting.

High Rebound

Cast urethane elastomers have excellent rebound properties when compared to rubber and other common materials. Because of this, urethane is able to take on repeated impact without deforming, cracking, or tearing.

Longevity & Cost Savings

Tube made of thermoset urethane is know to have much better properties when compared to thermoplastic urethane. This leads to an extended lifespan of the plastic product which lessens downtimes and ultimately reduces costs. Additionally, tubing can be made in any size and order volume which helps eliminate waste in the form of cut-offs.

Custom Urethane Tubes & Stock Urethane Tubes

Urethane pipe and tube is available in many different durometers, colors, and lengths. Additionally, we have standard ID and OD sizes along with the ability to custom cast to your specific ID and OD. Lengths can be made in any size but our standard tiers are 12″, 24″, and 36″.
