Mold Making & Production

Our versatile manufacturing facility is equipped with a production, trimming, warehouse, and machining department.  We are a urethane manufacturer that has the ability to design urethane parts and immediately begin making the custom molds using our full range machine shop. Brand new parts coming from customers usually have molds made very quickly and parts can enter production within days.

We also like to anticipate our customer’s ordering habits by employing our stocking warehouse. We understand that customers need parts and sometimes they need those parts on demand. To combat manufacturing lag, we will stock your products so that when you need parts on short notice, you can get them.

Inspection & Quality Assurance

At Uniflex, we make sure that our customers get exactly what they need for their application. With over 40 years of experience in the cast urethane industry, we have developed protocol that ensures our product will be guaranteed to perform. Our inspection department will not let final products leave the building unless all requirements have been met. This saves the customer time and money by eliminating the rejection and replacement process.
